Advice: if you want to actually SEE something moving, you have to have the lighter thinner possible white structure, and the denser heavier moving parts (the balls in those machines), with of course the less friction in the movements that you can achieve.

Spoiler: if you reach a friction of 0, then you can expect the wheel to rotate forever... precisely at the average of the speed you impulsed in the beginning. Nothing more. Nothing less

Those complicated machines can barely reach the efficiency of a plain wheel. Those ideas are failures, nonsense. There is a big intellectual fraud when trying to "make a movement" out of stillness
