The argument about decentralization is quite unavoidable, as those networks are and will be more and more used as the main source of information and of influence by many people.
The obvious answer being that if we were to wait for those leaders (Facebook Twitter Instagram ...etc...) to move to decentralized, we would wait forever, as every leader is valued only by the sheer number of trapped users, whereas decentralization involves the release of control that companies have over their clients. Who would want that?
So we have to do decentralization by ourselves, guys! Let's do it!
...The only way to deserve freedom, is to own it...
