Lots of valid points in this video. And the introduction of the concept of "TrendSlop". Because:
The average food product is McDonald's, but I can't think of one regular restaurant where the food is worse than the one of McDonald's. And it's not that the food there is awful, no, it's just that ... it's average. Or even: "averaged", amongst all the palates and all the trends, like ... brown-ish is the average color. And you know what is the average smell (...when you mix all the food. Come on, you know...).
